This evening we wanted to honor our friend Tom Kelly, and what better way to do that then with New Mexico Chili Pork Tacos! This menu is packed with fun, vibrant and delicious options. Pizza and Pastas too! Wendy & Sean

New Mexico Style Pork

Pork stewed in red Chilis on corn tortillas. Vidalia onion and cilantro.

Marinated and grilled Skirt steak on flour tortillas. Pickled onion and cotija cheese
