Shredded house smoked chicken in Buffalo sauce, with aged sharp cheddar and shaved red onion. Ranch for dipping 10

Pork Tenderloin Medallion 

Zucchini and potato cakes topped with char grilled pork tenderloin medallions. Topped with port wine mushroom sauce.  22
